About
At 24 years old, Adnan Azzam leaves his village and his native Syria, a law license in his pocket.
A dream haunts him: to travel the world on horseback.
Globe-trotter and voluntary, he is adopted by all those he meets during his four years of travel.
Beyond the sporting adventure, Adnan considers his journey as a mission of reconciliation and exchange of ideas between East and West.
In 1986, he moved to Paris and created his company La Reine Zénobie, a place of oriental culture and, quickly, he became involved in the associative and political life and gave courses in Arab civilization at the École Supérieure du Journalisme in Paris.
He will receive the title of Knight of the National Order of Merit.
